Over the last few days I finished reading Me Before You (Me Before You, #1) by Jojo Moyes --which I did like and made me cry-- Unbeautiful (Unbeautiful, #1) by Jessica Sorensen --really liked this one-- The Crown & the Arrow (The Wrath and the Dawn, #0.5) by Renee Ahdieh The Mirror & the Maze (The Wrath and the Dawn, #1.5) by Renee Ahdieh --both insightful short stories from Khalid's POV.

I started reading The Devil in the White City Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair that Changed America by Erik Larson , which I'm really excited about reading. I've wanted to read this one for a long while. And after reading Timebound (The Chronos Files, #1) by Rysa Walker a few years ago, I've been wanting to read it even more!

Also going to be starting The Rose & the Dagger (The Wrath & the Dawn, #2) by Renee Ahdieh and The Winner's Kiss (The Winner's Trilogy, #3) by Marie Rutkoski soon.

Where is everyone? LOL, I haven't been around much the last couple of days either :) I've been working on final edits on my new high fantasy novel. My agent will be pitching it to publishers VERY soon. I'm nervous/excited! I've also started working on the sequel, so I tend to lock myself in a room whenever I'm starting a new project. Love this part, there's such a sense of mystery since even I don't know exactly where the story is going to go.

In terms of reading, I'm still working on the third Kane Chronicles book, but I'm almost finished. Not sure what to read next, but I have plenty of options. Maybe another Rick Riordan book, I have four more on my Kindle!

I think the main reason it's my favourite is because Blue herself is my favourite character of the series, and I feel like she really comes in to her own in this book. Not to mention, a lot of the questions I had about her were answered in it.

I hate when that happens! I've been having less success lately. I've only finished about half the books I've started recently. But I've got some really good ones coming up from the library that I've been waiting for a while for. Hoping they are all good!

I'm currently reading End of Days (Penryn and the End of Days, #3) by Susan Ee , and though it's good, the "romance" is horrible and oh-so-predictable. I'm over the whole "we can't be together" but "we can't keep our hands off of each other" but "wait, it's impossible" but "we lust each other so much!" LOL Sorry, rant over. I'm focusing on the plot, which is actually quite entertaining!
