Wanda, I can relate! The primary reason I have an e-reader today is that another favorite author of mine (Lois McMaster Bujold) started publishing works primarily as e-novellas. Haven't regretted it, though...

For anyone in Canada, Tales of the folly short story collection is on sale on kindle and google play, and the audio is on sale on kobo.

Yes, I quite enjoyed it. Like all anthologies, some stories were better than others.

What about the new Abagail novella? Anyone have their hands on that?

I think the new Abigail novella is coming out in the spring.

That's what it says. I was just curious if anyone had advance read. Subterranean is selling hardcovers limited editions of both this and Tales from the Folly.

Novella's not due out until 18th March. Will be waiting for the ordinary paperback.

From what I can gather from Ben's twitter account, it appears he has contracted Covid. If that is the case, I wish him a speedy recovery!

It was bound to happen. His son, his brother and his ex all have it. One of them ended up in hospital, but he didn't say which one.

Ben shared on Twitter that he is 'feeling much better'. Hopefully he is over the worst of it :)

As a sixty-something longtime RPG'er, I contend that if you ever played "let's pretend" as a child, you can probably handle roleplaying games ... but that still doesn't mean everyone will want to. :)
