It's the original Twilight. :D

It's only halfway through the year, and um... you WROTE a book. You get extra credit for that.

I have a REALLY hard time dnf-ing books I've invested more than a few chapters in. It seems like such a waste. Esp if the book counts for a challenge. I was able to finish Roman Crazy only because it was on audio and I was doing other things while listening.

Of course you do, Leslie! I'm not surprised since we both randomly break down and cry over past reads. 😂 Just last night I was reading an old review and got weepy. *shakes head at self*

It's a really easy read. Robin and I don't believe the 500 page claim, but since that's what Amazon and GR says, we're sticking to it. Lol.

I need ideas for the trilogy.

I need ideas for the trilogy."
Right?! Cake didn’t feel like it was over 500 pages. I think it’s a mistake, but oh well.
Finding a trilogy can be hard. It worked out for me that Penny Reid’s newest had come out, even if I didn’t really like them as much as I did her other books. I’ll keep an eye out for you.

60/60

ME, TOO, LESLIE!! Doesn't it feel great? Whew!"
I feel like a huge weight has been lifted and now for rest of year I can read whatever I want!!! Phew!!

Did you ever read this? I was thinking of starting it.

Leslie, it's technically the second in the series...but you really don't need to read the first one. I could easily give you that background...or you could read it without.
