Are you reading that kindle version (ASIN B07S855F8Q ?) As on Amazon it is showing as 356 pages so I can't change it in Goodreads

edit---- found a verified page count for the paperback at 402 though, so I have updated that version ;)

Wow, go away for most of the weekend and suddenly loads of books pop up! :-D

Since I was away at a wedding, predictably, I barely got any reading done, but I'll take an hour or two now to just relax on the couch with Kate and Curran.

Well yes, it would be bad in the sense that it won't actually make a difference. We usually go with the edition people have read, unless it's audiobook or large print, then we switch to the page count of the default edition, soooo.... go with the normal edition you would read :-)

I started reading Eldest because page numbers (!). It'll probably last me till end of the round. Do you want me to switch to something else (and please tell me what you want me to read!) or should I continue hanging out with dragon riders?

The page numbers are totally worth the torture! ;-)
And it should fit for quite a few of the letters as well, so there's that. Just stick with this if you want, we should be good :-)

Ah yes, that makes sense. To be fair, the alternative was waiting for the regular book to come back as it was on loan, and I'm not that patient, lol.
Apparently the UK paperback version is 385 pages, but I don't see that one listed anywhere...

Hi all - Well Uni started back this week and I have to get ahead because I'm going to Fiji for a holiday at the end of next week. That means my reading is back to "normal" and I will only be able to finish the 2 shifter books this week.
I'm a little behind, but I am off to Adelaide for the day for work tomorrow which means 4 hours plane travel so I should be able to catch up and finish Magic Shifts tomorrow :)

Lisa - (Aussie Girl) | 6399 comments Greetings ladies,

I made it to London and actually got to Foyle's yesterday and browsed around. Good to be in a bricks and mortar bookshop again. Went and saw Hamilton last night, it was great although I'm glad I read up on it before I left or as Australian I might have been a little lost. We only learn basic American history.

I'll finish my shifter book before Friday but at over 700 pages that will see me out for this week. Sorry, I can't read the extra book with a U.

Sammy (sammystarbuck) | 12885 comments I'll read The Talisman (992 pages, definitely an O character, possibly more) and possibly The Martian if I have time. (369 pages "C" character)

Both are shelved as suspense.

Suspense I think is pretty easy but if anyone wants to respin just to have some fun I’m cool with it. No doubt we will get a X, Q or Z in the respin word but I’m sure we could manage
