Do we need to have a tribute or can we just do whatever kind of character?
I don't know if I said this in an understandable way so I apologize if I did!

You can have any kind of character, but the plot mainly revolves around the tributes, so I'd suggest making some of them.

The rebel characters are part of a sort of plot, and they just RP in District 13 for now, but they're going to come into play later.

It's an AU, around the same time as Katniss, but yes, they're still hidden.

Hey Dagger is there a set number of days for someone to die of inactivity? Just checking because the old group seemed pretty inconsistent with the inactive deaths and I won't be able to do anything until Friday. Idk when we're starting so I just wanted to make sure Connall doesn't die when I'm in my Algebra exam or something.

Oh and also can we get PM warnings about inactivity? Like, so we know when we've been off too long? It's a bit unfair just to pop on and find people dead.
