Is there a list of tributes made so far?
I'd like to know which districts have more people so I can choose a district for my WIP character.

Yeah! There's a list in the Tribute Creation topic. Currently, we have eleven or so tributes out of 24.

You need to claim districts for tributes in the Tribute Characters topic. We've already started the training and stuff for HG3, but we don't have enough tributes (or as many as we'd like) so you can claim some for the hunger games which is starting soon!

Rue, I have a question. I had mentioned that I was going to create the district 1 and 3 females, to which you told me okay. I know it's only been a day since I uploaded those profiles, but did that okay mean that my characters were (more or less) already approved? I want to work with them a little bit before the Games so I can get a handle on their personalities, conversations, and actions, but I'm waiting for an approval on them (Asora and Taffeta).

We're planning on Saturday, I believe!

A lot of people have exams and such during this week, too. We want to get this Hunger Games started soon, and Saturday was the best time I could think of. Sorry if there’s any inconvenience!

I will try my best to be active on saturday its just that i might have a dance rehearsal ( again, and there has been to many so far, and i still have like 4 or 5 to go lol ) but it all depends on if my choreographer gets back with me

It's okay if you can't make it to the opening, though! A lot of people including me have finals and exams and lots of homework this week though and people are super busy during the school week as well.

yeah the rule is five since the old group was really inconsistent with that

usually there will be some people who are willing to let their characters be Bloodbaths so they can be killed off easily. But other than that you need someone's permission to kill.

Okay SO!

- Your characters start out at the topic called "starting platforms", which is different from the "Cornucopia" topic. You roleplay your characters running from the starting platforms to wherever you wish, be that the Cornucopia or elsewhere.
- Your oc's don't auto-die if you aren't on at day 1, so don't worry! You get five days of inactivity before they die of inactivity, with a maximum of ten days if you PM a mod ahead of time saying that you'll be offline for longer than that for a good reason.
- The Games typically last for a few weeks, although this one might be a bit shorter as we have fewer tributes. As long as we keep it active, we can get it done!
- The Cornucopia is a different topic than the Starting Platforms, and it's full of whatever weapons the Games-running mod decides to put in there. Sometimes, such as the last games, there aren't even weapons so much as items that could be used as weapons. You can RP your characters running in, grabbing something, and running out, or running in and staying in to ambush someone, or just running away from it entirely. Keep in mind that your character has limits, and they can only take as much as they can carry.
- There are a few different ways a character can die aside from inactivity. If it's in combat with another member, then you two can work out who wins the fight amongst yourselves. However, if you can't agree, a mod decides who wins. Your character can also die of causes in the arena, which are controlled by the Game-running mod, but they'll usually try to let characters kill each other off before they go for the traps and nature-y stuff.
- You have to ask before killing off someone else's OC, but not your own! If you want your own character to die for whatever reason, then you can post something in the relationship request or the chat, like "Hey, does anyone want to kill my character xxxx?" When it comes to someone else's character, you have to ask them first.

So I don't know what to do now with Taffeta. I don't want to kill her off yet, but I haven't used her for about 7 days. I don't want her to auto-die, so what should I do, if anything? She's at the Snow Grove, which has no comments except mine and the description of the place.

Ah... The limit for inactivity is five days? So if she hasn't been used for longer than that - unless you told a mod that you'd be offline - then she'd already be an inactivity death.

I’m going to be mostly offline today, since I’m going to Arizona. I’m actually about to leave, so I can’t do anything with her right now. I don’t want her to die yet. I don’t want her to win, but I don’t want her to die quite yet.

yes, looks is a part of the required template. Emphasis on the word required. Unless your character happens to be a shapeless, colorless and faceless blob, in which case that's all you have to put.
