Penelope sighed, “I don’t understand anything right now. Starting with that girl.” She pointed at the dead body. “I shot and arrow through her heart. She should be dead.”
“Yeah. I get it.” *Inara sinks the the ground next to Penelope. Saying
“I don’t get anything right now.” But her voice cracks with those last few words.*

Penelope glances at Inara, “Hey, what’s the matter?”
“When I was 8. I saw my parents get murdered. I have no idea why. So I lived with my best friends family. I was supposed to meet my best friend here, but he’s not here yet. And I don’t know if he will ever be. And Im just stressed, and when I’m stressed, I just want him there. And all this fighting is just reminding me of my parents. So that’s why.” *I quickly wipe the tears off my cheek. *

angry he had betrayed me.” Penelope looks at Inara, “I’m sorry for your loss.”

"Actually we have a Democracy. All of us, the people, get to elect who we want to lead us. He isn't our king though. We got rid of our last king back in 1776." She noticed that he seemed terrified by the mention of a king. "Hey, are you okay?" she asked gently.
Jade sighed, relieved.

Jade lifted his head, his eyes met hers. They were a pretty blue, shining with compassion. He couldn't look away.

"Actually fear is a reason to try harder. Fear is just an obstacle to over come."
"I'm done trying. I just survive, and do what's necessary, and if that means making people fear me...then I make them fear. I can't be afraid, I can't make mistakes or it will cost." He gritted his jaw, he was sharing too much. Jade decided to change topics.

((I'm just going to say it, I'm melting inside))"Werewolves, they're wolves with humanoid bodies. They are dangerous, ruthless, and evil, So 100 years ago The Hunters were formed. We train from the age of ten to hunt werewolves and once we're old enough we earn our own forests to patrol."

She nodded in approval at the names of his weapons. "A Hunter's primary weapon is the bow." She pulled out her own with its silver tipped arrows. "We also use dangers and sometimes a pistol." She pulled out the last two and set them down. All of them were made of silver.
