Vultan gripped the wall.
Walking into this tunnel had been a terrible plan.
At least he wasn't claustrophobic like his sister and Leytera. That would be disastrous.
A strange buzzing noise sounded from up ahead, and Vultan placed his hand on his blaster.
He sensed something coming.
A trap.
He stepped back a step, but he wasn't quick enough.
Some sort of portal opened around him and threw him through the air, and he yelled, morphing his wings out of his back.
He tried to catch the air as he fell, hurtling towards a rocky ground he could just see beneath him.
The wings caught just in time and he floated down to the ground, quickly receding them into his back again.
No one could ever know he had them.
He looked around, blaster bared, and took in the scene before him.
There was a great, wide-open room full of... nothing.
It gave him the impression of a long-abandoned residence.
The walls leapt three stories into the air, made of rocks fitted together to make an elegant arch.
The floor was flagstone.
He came to the complete conclusion that he was definitely not in Talcior anymore.

Her forehead was bare.
Outsider.
Vultan breathed a sigh of relief.
"Who are you?" he asked as he put his blaster away.

The great hall in front of her didn't match the description she'd been given of Rhaszar's palace.
Don't follow me, Evie. Whatever you do, don't follow me.
There was a tall man with shoulder-length brown hair and a girl with elvish-looking clothes on.
Kathreya placed a hand to her sword-hilt.
"Do either of you know where we are?" she called.

"My name is Vultan. I'm a Talceen. Don't worry, I won't shoot," he said, just as a tall woman appeared out of nowhere.
Vultan stared.
She was clearly dangerous, although she also didn't look hostile.
"Do either of you know where we are?" she called, her long auburn hair swaying behind her as she scanned this place.
Vultan shook his head. "No."

"I don't know either," the girl said after a pause.
Kathreya nodded.
"I guess we're all in the same predicament, then. What are your names? I'm Kathreya."

The woman nodded slowly, like she was trying to work out a puzzle.
"I guess we're all in the same predicament, then. What are your names? I'm Kathreya."
Vultan hesitated. Unlike Biana, Kathreya was clearly threatening. Although she was also... good. He could feel it.
"I'm Vultan," he said curtly. He hoped he hadn't made a mistake.

Vultan shivered. He wasn't going to say.
"I'm from the First Dimension, near Reynastand, if you know where that is," Kathreya said.
So she was... she wasn't a human, was she?
Her ears were covered by her hair, but by her lithe build and graceful, quiet steps, Vultan figured she was an elf.
"I'm um... I'm from the Second Dimension," Vultan said quietly.
Kathreya glanced at him, her blue eyes piercing to his soul. Definitely an elf.
She nodded slightly.
She knew he was a Talceen.
He sighed. How frustrating it was to have the symbol of your culture embedded on your forehead.

“Inara!!!” *He shouted! He saw a group of other people, and quickly ran up to them*
“Have you seen a girl. she has medium brown hair, and she’s an elf. Her name is an Inara.”

All of a sudden a short man ran around the corner. He was lithe and clearly an elf, although he looked different from most that Kathreya knew.
Maybe there was something strange going on here. Maybe they weren't all from Arctashia?
“Have you seen a girl? she has medium brown hair, and she’s an elf. Her name is an Inara," the man said all in one breath.
"No. It’s just us," Biana said.
Kathreya's heart sunk. Now someone had lost someone else in this castle.
"What say we all get to know each other so we can trust each other a bit, and then look around?" Kathreya said, hoping to calm everyone down.
Vultan was looking particularly jumpy...

This was about to get very awkward.
He sat down as well.
"I'm 21," he said, then glanced at Kathreya. She couldn't be more than a few years older than her.
"I'm... a few hundred years old," she said, and he was sure he saw a bit of red on her cheeks.
"Elf?" Vultan asked.
She nodded and smiled at him, and he felt a shiver go down his spine. Elves had a way of looking at you that could make you remember all your flaws.

The 16-year-old elf looked at Kathreya, his eyes brightening.
“You’re an Elf too? So am I! Whats your tribe?” he asked.
Kathreya smiled. "I... well, I think we might be from different worlds. Where I come from, we're divided by our powers. If it helps, I'm a water elf with telepathic powers."

Kathreya furrowed her brow.
“Ooh, sorry. Did you say...powers?” he asked uncertainly.
Kathreya nodded. "Do your people not have powers?" she asked. "And what's your name, by the way?"

But my name is Alvay Illuin. I’m from the tribe Linith. If you live here, then you probably know the place. It’s pretty popular. What’s your name?”

One minute Kiara was hiding from the insane and the next she was falling through space. "What the heck!" She shouted, and she landed on her back. "oof!" The air was squeezed out her lungs and she gasped for breath. "Where am I?" She whispered.
((Same))
Corpes Jones was eating a half-bitten jelly-filled donut from the trash when it happened to him. He was then ascending to God knows where. He was about to fall on his head until he moved more a bit and when he made contact to the ground, he rolled and stood on his feet, still grasping on his donut. "What the heck was that?" He asked looking around and taking a bite on his donut.

“What happened? Are you guys ok?”
"Guys?" I glance at Kiara and then back to Biana. "I am; SHE isn't." I tell her, biting another piece of moldy donut.

Avery wrote: "Biana looks at the donut, “What is that?”"
"It's a donut. Stupid." I say mildly.
Ellie (The Glader!) wrote: "*Alvay puts his bow away, and goes to help the boy up*
“Hi! I’m Alvay!”
*gives a hand to help him up*"
"And you. I'm already standing up."

Corpes grumbled, already not liking Alvay.
