I’m reading a book with the MC’s first name has three letters only right now, which is actually kind of funny.

Anyone have a book that works for Game Host: Published in November (any year). It can be any edition of the book.

Thanks, so now to match my Contemporary Dance, Saige you have a book that fits the other task, correct? I think if we read more than two entire sets, we should make a color line to separate the two so we (I) lol don't get confused.

Yes, I have a book that fits the other Contemporary task! I think a separation line on the SS would be helpful, but I also agree with folks about banking stuff for later weeks. I think maybe we should bank books if we KNOW that both tasks for a category will be completed, and post the books now if no one has/will soon have a book for the other task

So, Vicki, I think we should bank our books for Contemporary and use those for the dance next week. That way we already know both categories are completed

w/ Artem (Professional dancer)

Vicki - The Covenant of Water, Author's last name has 3 vowels in it
Vicki - The True Love Experiment, Title has the letters T, R, O, U, P, E in it (in any order)

w/ Lisbeth (star/book character), 1 completed/posted

OPEN - MC dyes their hair a different color (EX: red to black, black to blonde, etc.)

It also looks like you are currently reading for Freestyle (dance) and Iris Winnow (book character/star)

**Remember you can do more than one dance per week, just know that for EACH dance you read/complete - you need a professional dancer and a star. You only need to read for a judge and a host once a week.**

I moved my book to Dance-Charleston.

Raquel, it might be better if you bank that book for later. We already have books for two dancers open, so adding another one means we would need another dancer and star

I'm a little confused on what I should be posting for this challenge.

Ok, so here's what I'm thinking we do:

Premier night tasks: Completed
Judge: Len Goodman, completed
Host: Lisa, Ashlyn (The Unmaking of June Farrow) and Ivelisse (Iron Flame)
Dance 1: Freestyle, Ashlyn for both
Pro Dancer 1: Artem, Vicki for both
Star Dancer 1: Iris Winnow, Ivelisse (Divine Rivals - MC writes a letter), Sheepy (Girl with a Dragon Tattoo)

Then we also have this started:
Dance 2: Contemporary, Vicki (Bones Under Ice), Saige (Defekt)
Pro Dancer 2: ? (We could do Daniella - Ivelisse's "Black Skies Riviera" has an "MC with last name starts with D", so if someone has one for "published in December" that dancer would be complete)
Star Dancer 2: Lisbeth, Raquel (How to Honeymoon Alone), one more needed for "MC dyes hair"

Beyond these categories, I think we should bank everything else for next week. From what Alaina posted, it looks like we can't post for a dance unless we also post for dancers, so posting stuff for random categories this week won't work

Saige, if we bank the book, we may need to let Alaina know since the book was already posted in the review chat and counted. We may need to have it removed so it can count for future weeks.

I’ve finished a few books, but haven’t updated the spreadsheet yet for what I’ve finish. I will do that on my lunch break today.

I completed "How to Honeymoon Alone" on 01/02. Posted a review yesterday. To complete that dancer, I need to find another where MC dyes hair?

If you wanted to do the minimum, which is 13 books total, you can do one dance per week. So each week you get a theme, and need a judge and host. For each dance you complete, you need a professional dancer and star/book character.

Correct, you can add books to the bank tab or to a future week if you want and then post when you are on that week.

One week you could do one dance. One week you could do five. Go crazy lol.

You should still post for freestyle. I think we have enough to do two dances (freestyle + contemporary) along with a pro and star dancer for each. I tried to lay it all out in message 62!

I am afraid I will not be able to finish the task for iris winnow: character goes missing. Will that affect the team's overall progress?

We can move my June Farrow book to that one and then I can use Forget Me Not to replace June Farrow. I also just finished a book last night that works for it and can write a review today.

I see that Saige is reading for one of the Premiere Week books. Can anyone (2 of you) also read for it this week? I do have one book that fits the 2nd list, but I don't know if I'll have the time to read that one this week. I'm going to look at both lists later tonight or tomorrow, but if I don't need to read for that task this week I would prefer not.

Not really sure which list we are going off of or if anyone wants to buddy read.

I think we should go off the Made into a Movie list. It's pretty expansive, and I'm midway through a book that will work for it. If Ashlyn can do the second one, can anyone do the third for that list?

Also, one of Jamie's banked books had an edition for "published in November" so I posted that to complete the host tasks
