Oh, everything from 1923, but books from 1928--happy day! Oh, The Threepenny Opera is public domain now--I wonder if there will be a renewed interest in performing it again. (I was an ardent thespian and in an audition based program as a teen but opted to not pursue it as a career although many of the others in my group went on to careers on and off stage).

The Met has a really great production but don't perform it often. And the defunct NYCOpera had one that would appear with some frequency. Broadway did a production not too terribly long ago ....
I do like that one!
