Lisa Newberry | 1 comments Hi! My name is Lisa and I have been reading Oprah's book recommendations from the start of her club! I enjoy every one, and usually a recommendation from oprah is an automatic purchase for my collection. I am currently behind on my reading due to two small children both under 2, as well as being a full time college student again, but I'm looking forward to some time to get lost in my wonderful books again soon, as well as interacting in discussion on some of the interesting reads as well.

❤♥♔Nia♔♥❤ (nothingatthemoment) | 1 comments Hallo!!!
My name is Nia, and I haven't read half of the books on both of her lists, but I've read some and I liked them so...

☯Lilbookworm☮ | 1 comments Hi folks.
I love to read and to come across great finds.
My first Oprah book club purchase was She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb. I usually shop for second hand books every couple of weeks, and I have quite a few of the Oprah's book club. The books has not let me down yet. I'd like to ask others what their favorite or best ones?

Andrea N Carr (swakgrafx) | 1 comments I am like everyone here. I am not married only to myself, I too love art people films and books. I would have to say stories are my greatest love. I know how powerful they are by connecting us. Sharing the same thoughts and feelings is what its all about, I guess. I am a Author of stories. I admire writers because without them I would be lost.

Rahul Deokar | 1 comments Hello everyone,

My name is Rahul Deokar and I am an India-born author, who grew up in Juhu, a western suburb of Mumbai, famous for its sprawling beach and home to Bollywood celebrities. I graduated with top honors from VJTI, one of the oldest (founded in 1887) engineering colleges in Asia. I emigrated to USA as a student pursuing a Masters in Computer Engineering and later an MBA at Iowa State University, New York University, and Santa Clara University. I rode the customary roller coaster start-up journey in the Silicon Valley technology industry, being eventually acquired by a leading software company. Today as a seasoned executive, the excitement of innovation and passion continue to enthrall me.

In my debut novel, I bring together two worlds, and take you on a thrilling romantic adventure where East meets West, technology talks to tradition, and hope dances with despair. I currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my loving Wife 1.0 and two adorable kids.

Lisa (lisarosenbergsachs) | 66 comments Hello to fellow readers. Let me re-introduce myself. I haven't received any discussions for quite some time. I live in the Chicago area and am a retired social worker. Usually, when Oprah recommends a book, I find it a good read. I often look for her book recommendations when I go to the library.

Lisa (lisarosenbergsachs) | 66 comments Hello Everyone, It's been a few months since I've heard from anyone in this group. My book "Breaking the Fall" came out recently on Amazon as a paperback and also as an e-book on Kindle, Nook, and Smashword. "Breaking the Fall" is a novel based on my over 25 years of experience as a social worker in the Chicago area. In it, you will meet people who are simultaneously in our midst and hidden from our real view. Will Sherry their social worker be able to continue to help them or will her own family issues get in the way?

Fatima Jerde | 1 comments That's a great collection! During this pandemic crisis and during the lockdown period- online activities and reading books are the two most popular forms across the world. I have been working at https://flirtymania.com/videochat-en.html and help people with making communication with others through videochat nearby or around the world. This platform is a favorite of mine during this s'tay at home' period!
