TPBM loves to listen to music on YouTube while writing.

message 8052: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10113 comments I do listen to music, but my main source of music comes from iTunes, not You Tube. I like listening to wordless new age music while I write. And yes, CJ, Clue is awesome! :)

message 8056: by C. J., Cool yet firm like ice (new)

C. J. Scurria (goodreadscomcj_scurria) | 4474 comments Yes that's because of training from High School. It was something that all people would have to do whether they want to do so or not. I would have died from faintedness if I didn't learn how to do it, haha!

And Garrison I haven't bought yet but I have many ideas!!! (a brand-new tie and a tasty home cooked dinner).

TPBM likes chatting with whoever is around.

message 8057: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10113 comments Considering that I stumble over my words when I do so, yes, I'd say that's true.

message 8059: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10113 comments I've been going to physical therapy sessions to tighten the ball and socket in my left shoulder if that counts. I will finally have my sleep study in June if that counts too.

TPBM’s stories take place in fictional cities so that he or she doesn’t have to do research on a real city and possibly get some details wrong.

Naomi (purplebookdragon) | 73 comments Nope

message 8068: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10113 comments On the contrary, I wrote a crime story called "Kink Floyd". It was well received. :)

TPBM thinks that naming a cage fighter Brock McMann is the most obvious thing an author can do (Jamie McGuire did this when she wrote “Walking Disaster”).

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10113 comments Good question. Both foods are good for you, so why not? It is rather curious.

TPBM once used the term “barf-errific” to describe something disgusting.

message 8082: by Lee (new)

Lee (lee-lette) | 1840 comments Nope, but now I might :)

TPBM likes saying the word 'exotic'?

message 8083: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10113 comments I do, especially when it applies to Dungeons & Dragons weaponry. I have a level 1 half-orc fighter named Ivan Blackstone who's currently using a Dwarven War Axe, which is considered to be "exotic". Ivan's going to be fun to play with. :)

TPBM wonders what certain traditional board games would be like if they were played like Dungeons & Dragons campaigns (if Clue were played this way, you could beat a confession out of Colonel Mustard with the lead pipe and have sex with Miss Scarlet on the pool table in the billiards room).

message 8088: by Lee (new)

Lee (lee-lette) | 1840 comments Ok,,,,,,

TPBM loves peanut butter.

message 8089: by Garrison (new)

TPBM has a hard time deciphering the dialogue in Shakespeare plays.

message 8090: by Angie (new)

TPBM wonders why people post selfies with captions that are completely unrelated.

message 8091: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10113 comments It's definitely a mystery. Even Sherlock Holmes and Dick Tracy can't crack that one.

TPBM immediately thinks of Pink Floyd whenever he or she hears about politicians wanting to “build a wall”.

message 8092: by Angie (new)

message 8096: by Garrison (new)

Garrison Kelly (cybador) | 10113 comments The only books from said trilogies (Fifty Shades and Hunger Games) I've read were the first ones. I wouldn't mind if Suzanne Collins wrote more Hunger Games books. Fifty Shades? That's a whole different story.
