Kenneth A. Mugi | 5 comments Hi Stephanie, Shay, Nicolas and Lisa,

I am following your blogs now.

Shay - that's incredible. 400 books a year? I can barely get through one a week! :)

Lisa - looking forward to reading your blog. Seems awesome!

Stephanie - Your blog looked great (for the one second I got to see it) but then Google blocked me from going to the page because of a malware warning. FYI. :( Following you on twitter.

Nicholas, I've send you a friend request so I can follow your reviews on my goodreads feed.

Here's mine :)

P.S: I've sent most of you friendship requests so my goodreads feed picks up your reviews. :)

Shaunna McLaren (shaunnareads) Hi, I'm Shaunna! I've always loved reading and so, last summer, I decided it would be a good idea to start blogging about some of the books I read! I ended up taking a much-longer-than-intended break due to an unexpectedly horrible year at university - but I'm back now, hopefully for good this time! :)

Kenneth, I added your web address to my begging for followers thread. I like to go through everyone's blog- almost page by page and make comments. And see what everyone else is doing. I'll get to yours- I promise. Thanks for adding me.

Yes, I read a lot. I'm not saying it's all "great literature", but reading has a lot of different purposes to me. And I would imagine to most people. One of those reasons is to escape from the real world and a lot of the works of great literature seem to like to put you right there in the real world. Often in a bad and depressing part of it- on top of it all. I can read a 300-ish page "fluffy" type read in about 2-3 hours. Probably closer to 2 1/2.

Thanks Shay. Thanks for the comment too. Really interesting statistics, having a good think about what they mean for me and my writing. :)

I'm very jealous of your reading speed, by the way, it's incredible. I usually take 4 - 5 hours to get through a 'fluff' book of 40 - 50 thousand. ^_^

Congrats Char on just telling him to get a blog button XD I jest!
Zane, an easy way to remember your schedule is to actually schedule posts or just create a draft with not all the info but do type when you'll publish it in the schedule section of post settings. This means the drafts will be in the order you want them to be written in and expanded on.

Well buttons do help. Scheduling is only part of the organisation. I know specifically what I post on each day. Wednesday should be blog tour, Thurs, Sat, Mon are reviews, Fri is page 99 test, Sun is poetry I've written & Tues is my weekly update. Unless I have an event and have to juggle.

message 486: by Amy, ~Bookworm Lift~ (new)

Amy (amy_bookworm) | 207 comments Mod
If you don't post every day though it can be less specific. It doesn't matter to me if I juggle as long as it's still organized. My blog could turn neon green and be visited by flying monkeys and I'd still find (probably) a way of making it organized chaos. Madness has methods. Bookworm Lift? Yeah. That has madness.
