Thanks, Carol. Hope you have a great Christmas too.

Sounds interesting!

No, you certainly haven't done anything to disappoint me, and now that you've sent me a message, it occurs to me that I haven't seen any of your reviews in my feed for a while, which is why you haven't had any reaction from me. It looks like GR has changed their algorithms again, and suddenly, I'm not getting nearly as many reviews from my friends in my digest as I was earlier, which probably accounts for this.

Thanks, Carol.

Not a problem. GR can sometimes be mischievous!

Thanks, Carol. I'm really looking forward to the release.

Hi Carol. No, I didn't. Not sure what you might be referring to.

Thanks, Ginger. Looking forward to reading your reviews.

Thanks, Marty; I appreciate it. It's a bit awkward sending friend requests because I know a lot of people are automatically going to think that you're doing it because you're trying to sell books and not because you're genuinely interested in following their reviews. I'm looking forward to seeing your reviews.

Sorry the book doesn't seem to be working for you, but I certainly understand that it won't appeal to every reader; peoples' tastes are different.
The more violent chapters are earlier in the book, and there's much less violence of this type in Until Death.
Hope that helps,
Jim

Can I just skip those chapters without losing the plot?
I'm really trying to like your book, James.
May I ask if this style is repeated in subsequent books?

You're welcome. I'm looking forward to reading more of your reviews.

I'm really looking forward to it to. Sandford will be here on the 25th to promote the book; it's always fun to see him.

You're welcome, Carolyn. I'm looking forward to your reviews.

You're welcome, Ivonne--and thanks for accepting it. I'm looking forward to reading your reviews.

Wow--don't know where that's coming from. I'd better get after GR...
