Yummy gluten-free granola recipe, modified from one I found here at Nigella.com.

4-1/2 cups wheat-free rolled oats

1 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup sliced raw almonds

3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1/3 cup real maple syrup

1/4 cup honey

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp kosher salt

2 TBSP olive oil

2 cups raisins or cranberries or diced dried apricots (optional)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
