STORY OF THE HEART
In ancient Egypt the belief is that you gain entrance to Heaven (Higher states of consciousness) only when your heart is light.
In the ancient story of Maat, the goddess called Maat, held a set of scales, and upon death the heart of the human would be placed upon the scales, and a feather would be placed on the other side. If the heart was as light as the feather the person would be given entrance to the heavenly worlds which means, the higher states of consciousness.
But if the heart was laden with negativity, regret, fear, and sorrow, the person would have to return to the lower worlds.
In our world today we are bombarded with fear projections through media and the survival thoughts & beliefs of society and modern culture. It is easy to give in to the belief of lack, destruction, fear and doom. Yes we are aware of the fear projections around us, but we have the power to choose where we put our intentions and feelings on. The only way to bring change is to think greater than the conditions & circumstances in our environment.
As humans we are gifted with the power of intention and feeling. These are the most powerful gifts that help us move into new realities of freedom and abundance. Let us not allow fear to overtake and deprive us of our gifts. Let us choose to update our reality by applying our gifts of intention and feeling.
To create new reality of joy, beauty and freedom, we move into vibrational harmony with it. Vibrational harmony is matching our thoughts, feelings and actions as if the reality we want is already happened. By not giving into fear but holding the positive vision with intention and feeling we draw the new reality towards us.
To create this strong intention, it is important to take time away from the busyness of life and instead of giving away our energy to fear thoughts, we conserve our energy with positive practices of meditation, non-judgment, noticing breath and heart beat, heart-brain coherence and living in harmony with our true nature.
Do whatever it takes to bring yourself to harmony. Play with your pet, run, listen to music, do the things you did as a child, sit with nature, blow bubbles, make a meditation of everything joyous that would make your heart lighter. Because when the heart is lighter we gain entrance into Heaven (Higher States of Consciousness)
Blessings!

PAIN ~ An excerpt from my book, "Twelve Steps to Inner Peace"
Our physical bodies are formed not from the food and nutrients we take in, but from our life experiences, our attitudes to life, our emotions, and our pain buried from past experiences. It is a human tendency to hide behind wounds and create walls so thick that we are unable to move ahead in life.
We are powerful energy beings; but it is sad to notice that we give away our energy for things that do not support us in any way. We give away our creative energy to judge people, situations, places, and things. We lock them into wounded memories and attitudes. We do not realize that our wounds cost us a great deal both physically and monetarily.
Our health is intimately connected with our emotions and attitudes. Our unprocessed fears and emotions are injurious to our health and well being. Our stress pours into our bodies as acid. Our blood pH is alkaline, and so to process the acid, the body organs struggle every day. Our bodies create fat cells to engulf the excess acid in the body and store it away from the vital organs and delicate systems of the body. Our bodies start holding fat and go into disease and distress.
Locking ones focus into a negative past, focusing all ones attention and energy on it, feeding it by talking about it, and exaggerating it every day, seems to be a most powerful pastime of our society and culture today! People feel that if there is nothing to grumble about or be negative about, then there will be nothing else to talk about with each other. We love to keep the wounds of the past alive, and we habitually create stories about them. Our habits have become our culture, and our culture has taught us not to care for ourselves or to take responsibility for our happiness. Being sad and having a whole bunch of tragic stories seems more purposeful. That is why we are so addicted to soap operas and movies that are highly dramatic and emotional. We always relate easily to what we hold on the inside.
We are energy beings, and our bodies thrive on life force energy. Our life force energy depends on our every thought, our emotions, and our attitudes. If we choose to encourage negative thoughts and emotions, we are in for great trouble. For these are more toxic to the body than any toxic food or drink. The more judgmental we become, the more energy will become depleted from our system. Our body becomes tired and weak, we become irritated and short tempered all of the time, and we even stop doing the things that we were usually doing. This is very serious because we are heavily losing our life force energy. Carrying negative beliefs and judgments cost a lot of energy. Gossiping and deliberately saying derogatory comments to people drains enormous amounts of energy. How we create heaven or
hell in our lives does not depend on any religious practice; it solely depends on how we treat ourselves and others.
Being human is challenging as every person goes through trauma in life. The bitter thing about personal challenges is that people sometimes take the power from their trauma or challenges, build up stories around it, and use it to try to control other people. They have a “poor me” party for themselves; a viable reason and excuse to not be good or feel good. Our culture, society, and religious traditions teach us to feel guilty. We are burdened by guilt, and guilt never allows us to heal our wounds. Therefore, guilt is a wasted and a wasting emotion. This is why the saying, "Hurt people are the ones who hurt others," is true. The ugly truth here is that we become so connected with our wounded past that we use it to manipulate others.
Every person, every place, and every situation has been created benevolently by life for our growth physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Every interaction with another human being and every experience with every life situation is a beautiful opportunity to expand, to amass, and to gather enormous knowledge and wisdom. All we can deal with from the mind is only what we see in front of us – our minds do not know the bigger picture. If we truly analyze from our heart, we can know that our past has brought us to where we are right now, and this wisdom gives us a clue of how to create our future from this platform. Life has always been benevolent; reality or God is always loving and good, and there is no argument. When we argue with reality, we suffer greatly.
The only key to avoid suffering of the body, mind, and soul, is through forgiveness toward oneself and others. Pain is not an enemy – it is a bringer of wisdom and knowledge, and it is a guardian who shows us the way to freedom. Paying attention to life, living every moment fully and completely, allowing and accepting our reality, making room for forgiveness, choosing to focus our energy on our strengths and our gifts, and living from the place of gratitude, are the most powerful ways of healing and liberating ourselves from the illusion of fear and pain. When we liberate ourselves, our life force energy becomes powerful enough to liberate everyone who comes into our space!

SHIFTING OUR REALITY
We are living in amazing times. Consciousness is rising on the Planet, and many are noticing and experiencing reality shifts.
The world as we know it is not the same anymore. Reality shifts are happening!
What we thought to be the laws of existence on the Planet does not seem to be true anymore.
Common types of reality shifts are things that just vanish where you put them and then suddenly they appear.
Another one of the shifts is travelling faster than physically possible.
Yet another is spontaneous remission of disease.
One more that I have noticed is finding solutions in seemingly impossible situations.
And many many coincidences and synchronizations.
Pay attention to these things, please do not dismiss them. Think about these things happening in your life. Give yourself time to reflect and realize these things. Start appreciating these reality shifts and you will get to see more of them.
Keep noticing that good reality shifts happen in terms of synchronicities and coincidences.
Authentic scientific studies show that we no longer live in a classical mechanical, deterministic reality. Reality is constantly shifting and changing according to our consciousness.
Matter is created only from energy, everything exists as pure energy vibration. We are all interconnected on that vibrational level. This is very real.
When you change your energy vibration to a higher level, you get to shift your reality.
Increase your energy vibration, become conscious of your thoughts, everything you think, say or feel gets to affect your reality.
Make yourself vibrate in elevated energy. Low frequency emotions of fear, guilt, shame, anger, grief, create an energy crisis in your system and you will not be able to shift your reality.
To elevate your energy, question your thoughts. Notice your negative self talk, reverse it by writing down the exact opposite of it and make these sentences your personal affirmations to say everyday. By asking questions and thinking differently you can literally shift reality.
Find something beautiful and start appreciating it and exaggerate the experience. Make yourself feel positive and expanded.
Support your physical body with healthy foods and supplements, enough rest and exercise.
Meditation and the practice of gratitude is powerful to elevate energy.
Practices like QiGong, yoga, reiki, tai chi and other martial arts help to elevate energy. Pay attention to inner self work and you will definitely notice positive reality shifts in your life experiences.
Taking care of your energy body is as important as taking care of your physical body. Build up your energy, align yourself with the highest level of what is good, no matter what is happening around you. Reality shifts require a strong energy body.
Blessings !
