Almost speechless. This book was so wonderful.

Henry Montague, or Monty, lives a pretty charmed life. Set as the heir to a high ranking man, he's title, money and influence. He also has adorable dimples and a mischievous need to use them after a few sips of drink.

Oh I needed this book. Talk about a breath of fresh air.

I didn't enjoy this book as much as I was hoping I would. I did listen to the audiobook and to be honest I don't know if I would have finished if I were reading vs listening to it. It was easy enough to listen to and there was a story there, but there really wasn't much of anything that really got me into the story or left me wanting more. The last 1/4 of the book was interesting enough, but otherwise it was just kinda 'meh' in my opinion.

I actually enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. I received it from the Owlcrate subscription box a few months back. I attempted to read it in December but I just couldn't get into it. I then borrowed it from the library via audio book. It was read by Christian Coulson who played Tom Riddle in Harry Potter. Honestly that's why I downloaded the audio book and I quite enjoyed with reading of it. Although I did enjoy the book, I think I enjoyed the way it was read more than the actual nove ...more

I loved this book. I loved the whitty characters and all the humor mixed with the seriousness of this book. It was such a hyped book way back and I never picked it up but I'm so glad I did now. This was a new to me author too. I will be reading more from her.

I'm in love with Percy and Monty. Monty had me cracking up throughout most of the book while Percy was the calmer one of the two. I love that they love each other so much. Felicity is such a fun character too and I can't wait to read the boo ...more
