yeah the ones that are liked the most/have the highest rating are first and then the lowest are last but there not necissarly the best... but I gave all of the ones here that I read a 4 or 5 star so far besides who cares about the book it's the uber hot male charaters that matter the most.

Hahah! you're completely right about that! I'm just too lazy right now to read the summary for each but I'll probably end up reading them anyway, I can't never have enough possesive men ♥ the darker the better...

i second the motion :)"
Ill third fourth and fifth it lmao, I mean really alpha males are why i read books, there are no more strong men left in this world it seems

Ohhh Gideon Cross <3<3 Love him. ;)

ive dated guys who werent and guys who are, and the passion i had with the possessive ones was sooo intense, i always felt wanted, desired, needed....dont know if its everyones version of love, but wow....and books are magnified so MEOW

I would mostly worry about that controlling possessiveness turning into something more dangerous. I am all for, believe me, passionate guys who love the hell out of you. I love love love passion, in a healthy way. But there's a difference between assertive and controlling. Healthy and unhealthy.
I think that there are non controlling and scary ways to show someone you really value and love them. And if a guy really respects and wants me, he would respect my right to choose. Guys who threaten you, tell you they're gonna kill themselves if you leave them or something like that are just mentally unstable. I find it hard to see how it's romantic.
There's certainly a time and place to be all "rawr take me here and now", and that's the bedroom, with a consenting partner.

Guess i got lucky, i mean my breakups werent just simple but there were never any threats,or threats to kill themselves....
but yeah for the better of it i do agree with what you are saying and the difference and with most of the books i have read off the list, i have to say most are just the alpha males, not the suicidal or homicidal type in that type of way, unless someone messes with their woman... honestily if they are suicidal or abusive i dont really consider them alpha

I guess it depends on the book. I haven't read every single one of the list, obviously. But novels like 50 shades of grey for example definitely feature an unhealthy dynamic that's presented as sexy and romantic, when really in real life a guy like that would just come off as a total jerk. Unless of course being rich and hot justifies having a terrible personality.

I <3 Them Both And if u think there good u should definitly read "Undeniable" By: Madeline Sheehan

Your right he was dominated in a very good way

I love me some Christian Grey and Gideon Cross. However there is another male character out there that I loved, which hasn't been mentioned. James Cavendish from the Up In The Air trilogy. He was lovely. There was another series that was supposed to fit along those same lines, but I fell for a supporting character than the main male lead. The After Dark trilogy. Didn't care too much for it, but Andrei in those books is who I would choose rather than Dominic, the one the author chose. If you ever read those books you would understand why I choose who I choose. ;)

Don't forget the choking scene.

Thanks :)

Not sure it does, though I adore the broody Jace, and his love for Clary, even when they believe they are brother/sister is rather intense. But hes not really dominating

Hahahaa im LOL reading your comment!,Okay how about Blake Knightly from Chasing Beautiful Series?!No words for that man!
