Two answers, equally true:
1) Absolutely not, the book was always conceived as a standalone and I think it works better that way. I personally prefer reading standalones to series and so I tend not to plan sequels!
2) But I do have about six thousand words of what is probably an Avi-centric novella set in the same universe. It's on the back burner for the time being, while I work on something new.

Hi Emily! I loved your book and I found it very interesting and refreshing to see a gay romance in this fantasy set in the past. I was wondering if you are thinking about writing another story with folklore aspects, possibly about fairies? Also were there any books that you have read that have inspired you to write about folklore and nature?
