Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

James L. Thane I wish I could say that I had a brilliant stroke of inspiration while doing something really interesting, but actually it was pretty mundane. I was stuck at a traffic light at a point where a canal in northwest Phoenix ran under the roadway. Looking back up the canal, it occurred to me that it would be a great place for a body to be discovered and that was the germ of the idea that got this book started.
