Did it? ;)"
Yes. And no. It was more but I was too mentally exhausted trying to untangle the descriptions and picture them in my head. I'm pretty sure the sex in the harness scene with the acrobat - if what I was seeing in my head was right they were both decapitated by the harness at climax. And yet in the story they definitely weren't - so I'm not sure where I went wrong in my little version playing in my head LOL

Oh my goodness, this is fantastic. Please write a detailed review!

!??? Does she has a tentacles??? In lieu of legs, I mean...? (*stunned*)
No she some kind of mermaid with arms, legs and tentacles. According to her people, she is an abomination. It sounds very interesting. However, if you're interested, you should really read book 1 first - A Mermaid's Kiss. A Mermaid's Kiss has an angel and a mermaid. This is a wonderfully different series more sensual than erotic.

I heard a lot of good things about A Mermaid's Kiss here, and I decided already to try to get it. Thanks for explanation about tentacles... it was really disturbing, heh.

I really did like it. The heroine is very strong but there are times that the first hero, Sobehk (from book1) starts off very smart, determined and dominant, is later portrayed (at least my interpretation) as much too weak to be in this triad. Khan is portrayed as super Alpha and it overshadows Sobehk too strongly. Just my impressions.
The story is very good. The dominance, like from the first book is very strong and at times brutal and demeaning in a way that is supposed to make us squirm, in a good way even though we know we should be squirming in a bad way. LOL
If you are hoping to meet up with the gang from book 1, it doesn't happen, The only overlap is Sobehk.
I guess I will just add this as a review too. I hope that helps. As soon as LID moves the new book to ARe, I am sure I will pick it up.
