As listed above, we have TA options for all the words in text cards, so they're very easy to replace. Scrolling to see what you guys came up with :)

Okay, caught up! :) Here's where we stand:

Level Eight weapon - done!
Card One (x ratings) - done, if we shift over a Card Five book
Card Two (words in text) - done, mostly or entirely from the bank
Card Three (YUM) - almost done :)
Card Four (ladder) - currently reading
Card Five (x ratings) - claimed and working on

There's no news on boss battles and we're starting to get short on tasks, so I think we should go head and enter the cards we've finished. It would be nice to use the heal mid-battle, but we can shoot for the next level instead. At this moment we need 32 xp to reach level 5 and there's 25 xp on the board already, so we're most of the way there. :)

So I'm going to be messing around with the spreadsheet, doing things in this order: enter Level Eight weapon, finish Card One, look at the best books to use for Card Two and to start off a Level Nine weapon, enter Card Two, see what can be done with the new cards. Here we go!

CARD 1
Greater Sewer Rat
The larger, stupider cousin of the average Sewer Rat. These rats are bigger, smellier and have beadier eyes.

Attack: 16 Health: 50

Rewards:
•3 Experience
•1 Gold
•1 Shield Potion

A monster! We got a monster! Woooo!

eta: Hmmm, but we need to think a bit before tackling it. It can kill us in three shots :/
eta2: Oh, but it looks like the math works in our favor! Double checking....
eta3: If my calculations are right we survive with 3HP. Going to look at card two and stuff before attacking or anything. :)

This post is for people who are following which books are being used for Card Two closely, everyone else feel free to ignore. ;)

Rose/Valentine/Marriage in text are as Bethany listed (yea!). In order to save Tycoon's Temporary Bride and HP Azkaban for our Level 9 weapon they've been replaced... with two other banked books! Woo!

Happy - Secret History (Bethany) - (ebook, no pages) "he was initially happy to find the man alive"

So I'm going to enter Card Two now and see what we get :)

If you're around, Kazen, maybe think about discarding card 2 in the next hour or so...? It's kind of been-there-done-that, right? The prize isn't very interesting, and I can't help but think there are funner quests out there! But on the other hand, it IS easy...other than maybe 'triangle' in title. :/

Also, we never did get a response from Lory as to whether she's reading City of Dragons, but Bethany has that book too if needed for the ladder.

Alsoalso, I'm reading another Lemony Snicket book with dozens of weirdly named characters. I'm sure it'll fit somewhere. ;)

ETA: I stand corrected about "triangle" titles. It seems there's a lot of erotica that fits the bill!

And I found the perfect book for right now. It's 109 pgs, has "triangle" in the title, and is #7 in the series! Fast with options, yay. So put me down for triangle if we keep it, or #7. :)

It is kind of been-there-done-that, but it's also a great place to put in books that wouldn't fit anywhere else. An RPG kitchen sink, if you will ;)

Oh gosh! And I can read Swarm by Scott Westerfeld if we still need more <500 rating books! It has 177, and it's pretty new. I'm actually kind of surprised there aren't more, since his earlier series are pretty popular.

I am currently reading City of Dragons. It is a little rough (I am listening via audiobook). I have about 8 hours left to listen to. I am working through it, but if we need it faster go ahead and read it. It should work in multiple locations so I am not overly concerns about it.

Ok, I haven't even started and would also be doing the audiobook, and I've got some meetings for several hours before I would be able to start that I can't stealthily listen to books during. :P So maybe I'll just skip that one for now.
