i'm reading Holy Sister by Mark Lawrence right now

i was so excited because the first one was read now so i got that one from NG, and then the second one was request and they denied me, but i got an email asking me if i wanted a review copy of the paperback of the second one or this one if i had already read it and i was like YES. so weird because my request for it is still pending on the US site but they sent me an ARC on the UK version of the site [which i have never used before]. it was a weird interaction but i love this series so i'm okay with it lol

I don't want to risk a spoiler, but it was mean of the author to leave us hanging like that!

I really enjoyed The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek by Kim Michele Richardson, a fascinating story built around the packhorse librarians of 1930s Kentucky.
