Viki (semi-hiatus, cause I broke my phone) | 50 comments The divergent series. I genuinely enjoyed the first book, and I somehow read the second book, the third?? It took me three months to read it

Cozy Taurus (cozy_taurus) | 16 comments The two main books I can think of that are popular, I just completely hated.

Punk 57: The MMC was abusive, creepy, and an a complete asshole.

The Love Hypothesis: Unsexy and unsanitary. 🍆🙀

Maya Daisy (semi hiatus bc of this lil thing called lif | 35 comments City of Bones by Cassandra Clare- I read it for a book club and it was SO hyped up, but I absolutely hated it. Clarey is so annoying and the way she kept on slapping Jace was just so weird. What was her deal? Also, that twist in the end was the grossest, most bizarre thing to ever happen.

The Selection by Kierra Cass- American Singer had so much "I'm not Like Other Girls™" going on that I couldn't even finish the book- And I NEVER dnf

Caraval by Stephanie Garber- I really loved Legendary, but Caraval was so all over the place! Everyone was lying, Scarlett was annoying, and Julian was just not for me. Also, Tella gseriously got on my nerves in this book.

Ellie Bartlett | 17 comments Don’t come at me lol, but probably Powerless by Lauren Roberts. It was just too cliche—angsty dark, morally gray guy meets “strong”, traumatized FMC, and guess what happens next?—and focused too much on thoughtless banter, leaving the plot to kind of just roll along in the background. Don’t get me wrong, I love fantasy and sword fighting and gruff enemies-to-lovers, but this was just a bit too obvious for me. Just a personal take lol

thefabfairyꕥ | 171 comments Just another love song by Kerry Winfrey — I absolutely LOATHE books that switch between the past and present it makes it so hard to keep up and the flashbacks feel like different people it’s so annoying like is it a high school teenage romance or is it a middle aged romance make up your mind 😭
