Throne of glass series

push through Tower of Dawn it gets much better towards the end and so many questions get answered. I am of the minority who loves Chaol and I loved his growth and development that he goes through in the book.
Aslo that ending in EOS was WILD!!! My heart was in my throat the whole time! I was panicking so hard lol

in my first read of the series I did a tandom read of EoS and ToD it was brutal but I liked how it all flowed since both books take place at the same time. so I went through trauma at the end of EoS and then the high stress from the end of ToD

Tysmmmm
You finished all the book series?
How do you rate it?
Is it true that KoA is COMPLETELY devastating?

Is it normal that I didn’t LOVE heir of fire? Like I see so many people loving it and I considered it not the best.. like it was a little messy with all the new characters but it doesn’t mean that it’s the worst. Like what I mean is that I like it but I didn’t love it. I believe that Queen of shadows and empire of storms were better

KoA ABSOLUTELY BROKE me I cried every time I read it. if it wasn't trauma and pain it was the gang getting back together, or unexpected moments that move you.

I want too crazy about HoF either. It took me a while to get into it, cuz same I felt like there were too many new people introduced but I love the second half and ending. it kinda tied everything together nicely. QoS WAS SO FREAKING GOOD! I loved everything about it!!

Assassin's Blade 4/5
Throne of Glass 4.5/5
Crown of Midnight 5/5
Heir of Fire 5/5 (I really fell for Rowan)
Queen of Shadows 5/5
Empire of Storms 5/5
Tower of Dawn 4.75/5
Kingdom of Ash ♾️ (it's that good)

I love Chaol so much. Even in Queen of Shadows when I wanted to punch him it was like when your friend is being really stupid you just want to slap some sense into them. I really started to love him and his character during the Tower of Dawn though, his healing journey and character development is so amazing. and to be real every character in the series has some amazing character development.

SPOILER:
Is it the one that like nameless = Brannon’s mark
And as Aelin have the mark like it shows that she is the one that has to be sacrificed?? Or is there something worse??

I might cuz I can literally talk about the series for hours 😅
My aunt just started the series and I'm reliving the journey through her lol. it's also killing me not being able to say anything because she's literally on Assassin's Blade right now so she is just starting her journey

When I first read the series I read Assassin's Blade first and personally I'm so happy I did. I'm the type that likes to know who the character is and have an understanding of who they are, and I feel it just really helped me understand Celeana so much more and it made it feel a little more emotional as well (SPOILERS FOR THE FIRST FEW BOOKS) like when she talks about writing the Asterion horses in the desert, for every time she says I will not be afraid. I feel it also made her healing journey in HoF more impactful knowing her backstory

When customers would tell me they like a flashback/aha moment I would recommend to read AB after CoM too, just cuz I feel it flows better, doesn't take you out the the story like too much, and helps set you up for the journey Celeana goes through.

It’s normal to hate Lorcan? LIKE
SPOILER FROM EMPIRE OF STORMS: He told Maeve everything and betrayed Aelin. I’m sure that he and Elida will returned but I can’t understand it since what he did in EoS.
I really love Rowan and Aelin, but I believe it was like too much information in EoS… like was it really necessary?…
But I LOVE those phrases that they include like in moments before chaos like those are the best!!!
Yrene and Chaol I don’t know really, from what Im reading they are just normal, like she hates him a little less but there isn’t love between them, not even friendship

I love Chaol and Yerene for what they are and do for each other, their story is of healing and growth. they both carry so much hurt and shame and find grace and acceptance in each other. I think the way their relationship grows is beautiful

I haven't even finished KOA, so Im waiting for the official get-together but I am feral.

Elide brings out his softness and he brings out her courage and strength

there is a scene in KoA between Lorcan and Elide at had my heart in my ass. I was was feeling all the emotions; stressed, panicked, relieved, sobbing.
Im reading them for the first time
Now I’m in Tower of Dawn and I URGENTLY need someone to give me motivations to read it, it’s very slowly…
Can we also talk about the end of Empire of Storms?! Like what the hell!!
Please someone appear so we can discuss many things!!!!! I need it!!!
