And this is completely off topic, but I'm curious... How do you post pictures on here? I can't figure that out. I enjoy looking at the pics that are posted. They're lovely!

Leslie, your picture isn't showing above, using the two different browsers I checked.

I think we should let our Captain win this one! Awesome job Rebecca!!
What a wonderful challenge. Almost 10,000 pages and close to a 4.0 avg. We are obviously reading some good books! Thanks, Chris for the great idea!

Good morning! Congratulations, Rebecca on a well deserved win. Can't wait to hear what mini challenge you come up with for us all!!
I am busy reading

I snuck in a sexy highlander yesterday and read

And just for a small teaser - there's going to be another Captain's Challenge starting soon!!

I just finished

What's Red, Black or White . . . Mini Challenge
WHEN: Wed March 20th - Sun March 24th
WHAT: Read as many books as you can that have either the title or the author's name in white, black or red lettering
HOW: Post covers as you finish the books and let the team captains know they count toward the mini challenge. That's all!!
Thanks, Rebecca for the great idea!

Congrats Rebecca, way to go, way to go, ho ho!!!!!

I started

This is part of a series and it is a light regency romp.
This counts for our mini challenge - author's name is in white letters.

I hope everyone is enjoying the first day of Spring!
@Leslie - Have fun phone shopping!

My dissertation was handed in this morning, and I'm looking forward to doing some catching up reading wise :D

Congrats Faith ~ you must be thrilled to be done with your dissertation!!

Title & Author's name in white, so please add to the Black, White and Red challenge.

Have also recently finished

@Kristen - the author of that book is a friend of my cousin. She is also a writer. I've been meaning to read it for awhile.

I'm loving just being able to relax! My housemate and I are spending the day in our pyjamas with junk food, a bottle of wine and some Buffy (Because she's never seen it!)
Tomorrow and the weekend my masters applications start, but for now, I'm just switching off!
@Kristen - I really enjoyed Dearly, Departed, but I was a bit disappointed by the sequel :(

@Faith - just curious - if you have completed your dissertation, why do you have master's applications? My oldest daughter is completing her applications for MD/PHd program. They are due June 1st. She is so nervous!
I finished

For anyone looking for a good regency romance, Grace Burrowes is excellent. Just a little heat, but good characters and story.

@Sherri - I am absolutely obsessed
with that series! I am reading #4 this month.

This is a new author for me and will qualify for the mystery challenge and the mini challenge.

The title is in a grayish white and I'm not sure whether or not it counts toward the mini challenge.
Just finished Memoria. A Corporation of Lies
. Frank starts off thinking about proposing. Finds his girlfriend dead in his bed. Running for his life. A good read. Free for review book. Mini challenge.
