Still working through Winter's Tale but also read a new novella & am reading The Agatha Principle.

Shadow Truth is the name of the novella. It was out of my head when I was typing!

Reading (slowly) The Bulky Pulpit. And inhaling The Rosie Project.

Good luck with Winter's Tale... I disliked the book and wish I could get my time back I spent on that, but I did like the movie very much.

I finished Allegiant yesterday and about to start NOS4A2. Joe Hill is a new to me author and I don't know what to expect :)

Oops: that was "The Bully Pulpit"! Although, the book is certainly bulky!! Got to live the auto-fill function!?*

I just finished Their Eyes Were Watching God and am reading The Night Circus and End of Story

What did you think of Their Eyes?

I thought it was a great story but it is kind of difficult to read. It's in a different kind of "English" then we speak so you really have to pay careful attention to what you are reading in order to make sense of it. This is the third book I have read like this recently and I find it is much more work to read books that are written in this manner.

But overall I thought it was a great story and worth reading.

I read it some time ago but I did like it and I recall, it wasn't easy but was worth it! I really enjoyed Night Circus. It's different, too. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever finish Winter's Tale though I'm at about 80%. Strange book but quite wonderful in its way!

I like Night Circus so far but it is also "different" - Just started End of Story and it grabbed me from the first page.

Yes, NC is very different. I seem to be reading nothing but different, lately. In reality, in between different I give myself a mind rest & read my dearly loved British police detective mysteries. They are my guilty pleasure!

That sounds like fun! I do try to avoid books that seem like a lot of work but once I buy them, I feel obligated to read and finish them.

Just finished The Husband's Secret. Fabulous! I couldn't put it down. Back, now, to American Gods.

Still working on Winter's Tale but nearly at the end. Still reading The Agatha Principle, too, and have added The Silent Reporter.

Starting NOS4A2 by Joe Hill .. has anyone read it? :)

I am listening to "In tbe shadow of the Banyan" by Vaddy Ratner, and it's a great read so far.

I have a friend who loves Joe Hill. He's not quite in my reading play book. Not good with scary stuff & I think that describes him. But, I've heard he's a really good writer! Sara, that book is on my list. Looked so good to me.

What is that one book by joe hill about?

I started it and decided it wasn't for me; too creepy.

I just finished End of Story and I thought it was really good - kind of like Gone Girl in certain ways.

I'm also 60% through The Night Circus and just started We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves.

I really enjoyed The Night Circus and Gone girl is in my to-read list

Gone Girl is amazing, I thought it was brilliant.

It was pretty freaky at the end, I really enjoyed gone girl.

I am reading the Sandcastle girls.

This is my favorite book by Bohjalian . Beth , I think you will love it . I had no idea about the history portrayed here .

I haven't read Sand Castle Girls, but am a big fan of Bohjalian.

I love his books and Midwives was my favorite. Loving Divergent and will def see the movie.

I enjoyed the first two books in Divergent series .. third one wasn't as interesting in my opinion.

I liked Midwives a lot too - thought it was a good book.

Depressing at the beginning, but very interesting.

I finished We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves which I liked a lot.

I am still reading The Night Circus which I only read a chapter at a time since I am not all that interested in it and now I have started What She Left Behind. I have only read one chapter so far so we'll see if it is any good.
