Don't you hate it when that happens? I suffer from insomnia quite often & the worst is when you pass that point where it's almost worse if you fall asleep! If I have to be up at 6a, after 4a there is noooo point. Hopefully it helps that it's Sunday tomorrow (today for you!).

Thanks Lavada. Already done. It was a photo dvd tribute of our dog ziva who passed away so it was photos of my family and I with pics of our dog Ziva done to the song "You'll Be in my Heart" by Phil Collins from the tarzan movie soundtrack. made it on windows movie maker and burned it to a dvd. It's only 4 minutes though.

Yeah. we didn't have many pics of ziva anyway and one song was long enough for it. I hope my mom loves it but when she watches it, she'll prob cry.

We're moms & crying is something we just do! We had labour, we've earned it! Lol

I third it. and it's also the season finale of Once Upon a time tomorrow! My mom and I are psyched for it. :)

I just finished watching some chick flicks with my daughter, now I will get some reading in, unless I fall asleep....

I was so excited because up until last Tueday, it was still snowing in the morning! No lie. Snow. The white fluffy stuff that' you're NOT supposed to get in May! Anyway, it's stil pretty cold here but we've had some brief periods of sunshine the last couple of days so I promised myself that if I saw sun today, I was going outside to,work in the yard. I managed to get a shrub cleaned up & some other stuff but I couldn't believe what I saw! DANDILIONS! It was still snowing this week! Couldn't the darn things just wait?! Nothing else can grow! It's still way to cold to put out our flowers yet because we're still dropping below zero at night! But those darn yellow flowers... Anyway, I was outside for a couple of hours. I got inside & ten minutes later, it rained! Southern Alberta weather. If you don't like it. Wait five minutes! :)

Sorry folks, I was out last night ... up to my nefarious activities.

Happy Mother's Day to all our moms, whatever the situation. I've been on the phone, with my daughters, for the past two hours. Now to return the call of my son.

I'm opting to cook dinner tonight, instead of going to a restaurant. I have a slab of ribs marinating.........gonna make some Crack Potatoes, if I can find the recipe and have 9 layer Salad. YUMMO.

My mom loved what I made her for mother's day of that photo dvd of my family and ziva done to "You'll Be In My Heart" by Phil Collins. She told me thanks and that was so sweet and almost cried.
