I've got a few door stoppers I'm planning on getting out of the way too before the challenge starts:-). I just finished Midnight's Children, and I'd like to tackle Andersonville before mid June. I'll save the shorter and easier to read books for the months of the challenge;-).

I will say that page count comes into play, at least some, in the first two events.

Seriously the mods are working their butts off for this so let's all try to be patient while they figure everything out! This challenge is obviously that- a challenge. Especially for the amazing mods that are setting it all up! I know we all want to start ASAP and get to know our teams, but this challenge is new for everyone so we need to give the people behind the scenes time to get everything situated.

It is. Anyway you can get to a computer to sign up? Phones are kind of hard to play along with in general, as there's a lot of issues with them when it comes to adding things to your shelves and so on.

I will message all the mods every day :D

Teammates will be assigned closer to the start date, but there will be a readathon and things to keep us occupied until then. :) Feel free to look through the many threads in our group to grok what the challenges are like - Tower Teams may be a great place to start. Happy to have you!

Yes I signed up with the goggle form I read all about the wobble challenge to be sure to do the right thing and I'm still looking all aroung the groups for challenges hihi...but I will be wobbling for the next months so other challenges will have to wait lol

Yay signed up!! now we wait...

Hi, I signed up a couple of days ago, but plans have changed. I'm on holiday from the 16th to 21st June, so I won't be able to check in when the challenge starts and will be absent until the 21st when I get back. I've realised that you guys stressed importance on checking in so that everyone knows who is playing, but I won't be there for that. I hope this won't be too much of a problem? Thanks.

That's okay... we're going to post teams before that, so as long as you check-in when the threads are up, and then post a reminder to your team-captain before you go, that's okay.

This challenge is going to be fun, but time consuming! Make sure when you join, you're joining us for the long haul! You'll love it!
