Actually i read it in English too (borrow my friend's book :p) but i skip many, just want to know about Eve-Roarke relationship.

I'm reading at the moment (among others) which has a yummy bad boy in it in a SF/futuristic backdrop. I'm really enjoying it, too!

It's set in the Alaskan tundra. The heroine is a geologist. The hero is an undercover agent. They are working on a remote oil drilling station.

I'm feeling soooo guilty right now! I just ordered ***bracing myself*** 103 books off BD!!! I am certifiably nuts, cuckoo and crazy (but very very happy)... Over the last three weeks I've bought over 150 books... But there are worst things right? right??? :-)

Melanie, I just want to say thank you. I'm no longer feeling at all guilty and plan to print out your post and hang it on the refrigerator, where I can point it out to my husband every time he rolls his eyes because I've bought ONE more book. LOL

Wow, I thought I could buy a lot of books at one time. I usually buy up to 25 books at one time. Well, last year at a garage sale, I've bought 100 books.

103 books at one time is a lot.

yeah... a LOT of books, and now it's time to firm my (not so-iron) control and stop buying books!!! At least for a couple months!(might be hard... I just read about Lucy Monroe, whose books look like a lot of fun!! ***deep breathing exercices***)
I have no clue how to do it, but I'll probably start by asking my mom to keep my credit card tucked away for a bit, lol..

Finished Loyalty in Death last night... I was desperately hoping that the rest of my books would arrive today (with books 10 through 15 of the in death series).. I do have more than enough books on my TBR shelves to read, but I was really hoping for more Roarke:-) I'll stop by the post office on my way to work and see if they've gotten anything, lol..

Ok.. decided on Impulse & Initiative: What If Mr. Darcy Didn't Take No for an Answer?, and am halfway through :-) I love it!! I've always had a soft spot in my heart for Darcy, and this variation of P&P is great (we get a lot more E&D time!)!!!

I really like Angela Knight's books. This one was really good.

I finished Men of the Otherworld, Wicked Pleasure and The Dead Travel Fast. I'm now reading Dime Store Magic.

I've just gotten part of my first order (like 30 books...) Now I'm happy, happy, happy :-) (btw, what's with the expression "happy as a clam"?? I don't get it, lol)

I finished Dime Store Magic, it took until about 2/3 of the way through before I started liking it. Now I'm reading Weddings From Hell.

I just wrote this in the RRRC thread, but y'all HAVE to read Lord of the Fading Lands!!! You couldn't dream of a more dangerous hero than Rain!!!!

I want(no, need) to recommend to everyone who loves Romance (with a capital R) and fantasy... I'm so disappointed it's only the first book in the series (I wasn't going to order any more books, but it can't be helped, I'm ordering the next three!)! This book is absolutely amazing!!!! I was reluctant to start it, but last night at 1am I still couldn't sleep, so I decided to read the first couple chapters... Needless to say, I finally turned out the lights at 4am after reading the last sentence! If I'd had the next book, I'd have started it right away!

I'll have to wait a week or two for the next ones, but I can't wait!!

Okay, Melanie, you've convinced me. I just ordered it from the library. :)

I've been debating on whether or not to start this series. I'm trying to stay away from series books because I have so many going and its hard to keep up with them. Most series only put out books once a year or even longer so by the time the next one comes out I've already gotten kinda hazy on the storyline. It's hard not to get my fiction mixed up. ;-)

Jessa, I usually am not a huge fan of series where you always have the same H/h (I have the same problem as you), and I thought this was a stand-alone... But OMG, it was sooo worth picking up! :-) And at least the first four (I think she's stopping after the 5th?) are all out, so you wouldn't have to wait between books! :-)

I just went ahead and ordered , and I can't wait to receive them! I need to save a whole day for them, so as to read them all in a row!! :-)

YES!!! The whole book revolves around Rain and Ellie's relationship!

Rain lost his "heart mate" centuries before, but never had a "soul mate"... He's King of the Tairen and the Fey, centuries old and terribly tormented by his past, and no other king ever had a soul mate before him... Ellie (whose past is a mystery) is perfect for him... The story is a cross between PNR (heavy on the romance, but practically no sex scenes in the first book), and fantasy... I actually don't really know what to classify it as! :-) But I loved it! (yeah, I think y'all got that!!) Lol

I would say go for it. The books are good and I think there are only 3 in the series. If I am wrong someone let me know because I need to read the rest. lol

I had heard that originally there were 3, and they were re-released, changed a bit to allow for the series to continue on, but I couldn't substantiate that.

I do know they are re-releases, but I don't know that she has added any "new" ones as of yet.

Everyone says they are so good, Darcy, that on one hand I'd love it to go on, but on the other hand I really hate having to wait forever between books.

Definitely read it. There are only four stories so far. I adore this series. Be prepared for some serious heart-tugging!
