Hi Mel just bought Cruel Justice and noticed that Impeding Justice has been revised. How diffrent is it? Should i get my version updated.

Lorraine, Impeding altered slightly because of what happened in Cruel Justice, you can ask Amazon to update your version. They did tell me they would be notifying people who'd already bought it but obviously that didn't happen.

The Davinci Code, Mel???? Really???

I'm scratching my head over that one too...

I loved the Da Vinci Code as well,I think it is a bit like Marmite! Lol. I stayed up half the night to finish it,just couldn't put it down. Hated the movie though.

I can't stand Marmite. I think of it as beer poo.

Well done, Mel! Although I have to disagree with the Da Vinci Code... Sorry! (:

Just popped in to say... Just finished your book, Mel. I'm not sure how to put my feelings into words at the moment. It was such a powerful book that shocked and touched me at the same time.

Had a wonderful review, five stars no less, came as a shock especially as it was from someone in the US!

Just how does one handle being a detective on a case which takes up most of your time while maintaining a relationship with a husband and preteen? Detective Inspector Lorne Simpkins hasn't figured that out and it's placing a severe strain on her relationship with her husband Tom and daughter.

I pretty much like everything about DI Simpkins and her partner DS Pete Childs. As DI Simpkins tries to solve this case of a serial killer, she struggles for semblance of a family life. She means well but it's not working out well. There is tension in her marriage, tension between herself and a coworker, tension in tracking down this ruthless killer, and tension of another sort.

Cruel Justice is a fast-paced tension novel taking place in the UK.

That review is spot on! Nice one, Mel me gal.
