Cute cat, Lee. I love when they play in boxes. I used to let my cats take turns in a shoe box and I'd whip it in circles like a roller coaster. They LOVED it. They'd even get impatient for their turn and come and whump each other on the head to make them jump out of the box.

She'll be lying in the kitchen, Caleb spins her on the hardwood floor, getting her dizzy. Pretty soon, the tail starts to twitch, had enough....then she wobbles off!

Cats are never in anything for the long haul, even something fun.

Mario is huge in my house, santa brought Mario in 3d for Nintendo, games Wii and Xbox. We even have Mario underwear.

Yes, new presents. He got a Mario rev and go car, bathrobe, and video games, too. He loves Mario, can't you tell? If only he had some Mario underwear.

Has anyone ever noticed a constellation? Years ago we were strolling through the neighborhood and I looked up and saw the Big Dipper and Little Dipper. It's the only ones I've ever seen.

I've also seen Orion and the Ursa bear ones.

I love looking at the stars (especially on the beach), but I don't know any of the constellations.

Last night right after the fireworks, we were walking to our bikes, looked up and saw the most stars I think I ever remember seeing in the city. I kept trying to figure out constellations, but couldn't. It was very pretty, though.

I think she was checking to see if I had taken down the Christmas decorations, inside yet. *BTW, I did take them down* :)

Haha, Lee. That reminds me of a story my mom told me: My grandmother is 92 and still lives at home but she has lots of help. One of her home healthcare people involves her entire family taking care of my grandmother so we've gotten to know them really well. Her elementary school aged daughter was at my Grandma's on Christmas Eve (They spent the night so my mom, who usually does the night shift, could have the night off for her Christmas Eve dinner and church and stuff.) and 8 deer wandered into my Grandma's backyard. The little girl lit up and started shouting about Santa arriving and naming the deer.

I saw lots of stars in my sky, too. Orion was front and center.

I saw a lot of stars last night too plus a few pink elephants.
