Rosie smiled and took the earplugs, "Thanks but ill only use them if I need them" she smiled at him and got comfortable. "I love your house!" She said looking up at the wooden ceiling, "it's so... Natural, if that makes any sense."

Collis put his hands beneath his head and sighed, "You'll really need it, Rosie, trust me." He looked at her, "See? and you planned to sleep in a cave!"

She smiled and looked at him, "Thank you for everything... I really do owe you..." Rosie said with a faint smile, she tucked her hands under her cheek like a little kid

"Don't worry about it but I will hold on to that promise," he whispered as he turned to her and he felt his eyes close. "Good night, Rose."

"Night..." She whispered as her eyes slowly shut and soon fell asleep

*next day*

He woke up to see that Rose was in his arms and he was spooning her. He smiled and thought that she must have moved to the position she was in now so he gently slipped his arms from her and stood up to go to the bathroom.

Rosie stayed asleep, having a nightmare about Collis, being taken away. These Rosie's dad entered the picture and they battled, "No..." She whispered in her sleep, Rosie sat up in a cold sweat, trying to slow her breathing. She noticed the bathroom light on and also noticed she was the only one in bed. Rosie placed her el ows on her knees and hid her face in her hands, calming herself down. 'It was just a dream' Rosie told herself, 'just a dream...'

Collis came out of the bathroom after showering with a towel wrapped around his waist. He saw Rosie's face filled with fear and he was instantly at her side to ask, "What is it?" he was worried because she was covering her face but he knows something wrong because her whole body is stiff and sweaty. He gently took her body and pulled her against his. "It's alright. Whatever is, it's gone now. It won't harm you anymore," he whispered to her and made circled at her back to soothe her.

"It was just a nightmare..." She whispered, "I'm fine..." She hugged him tightly, "Don't let anyone take you away from me..." She said hiding her face on his bare chest, "Just a nightmare..." She repeated

"Shhhh, it's alright now. I'm here," he whispered and tightened his hols on her shoulders. "I won't go anywhere, Rose," he said as he inhaled the scent of her hair.

Rosie smiled and nodded, pulling away slowly and looked at Collis, "Thanks... I'm fine..." She said taking a deep breathe and giggled, "Is that your new style? Just a jacket or in this case towel around your waist?" She said teasing him

He looked down at his towel at his waist, "What? You want nothing at all?" he blushed after he said those words. He tried to right his sentence, "I mean you want me to go bare...That came out wrong."

She laughed, "No! But I think I've only seen u in real clothes once!" Rosie smiled at him

He laughed with her, "Don't you like me wearing this?" he asked her teasingly.

Rosie giggled, "I'm not sure.... " she teased him and laughed at his expression, "Were you expecting a different answer?"

"Yeah...I mean no," he said quickly. He realized he was getting tongue-tied around her so he changed the subject. "I won't ask about your nightmare if you want to that is," worried.

She laughed, "mmhhhmmm!!!" She hummed. When asked about her nightmare she sighed, "Well.... If you would like to know... Well my dad was a shapeshifter in my dream..." She started

"Like you or me?" he asked as he leaned his chin on the top of her head.

"Not sure... Shapeshifters can turn to wolves as well... Which is how he was in my dream... " Rosie leaned against his chest as his chin pressed the top of her head and continued, "It started with you, as a wolf, in a cage and people pulled you away... But I wasn't there... Then my dad was taunting you while you were in the cage... He worked your nerves until you broke the door of the cage and you two fought... I woke up when I heard a loud yelp..." a tear rolled down her cheek silently

"Rose," he whispered as he wiped the tear away with his thumb. "It's okay. It was just a dream, a bad one," he thought of a way to cheer her up. He suddenly had an idea which was fun and it was outside. "Do you want to fish?" he asked her while he looked down at her eyes.

"You like fishing?" She smiled softly and say up

"I do," he nodded and stood up also. "I'm going to change more suitable for fishing then," he said as he went to his drawer and took out a yellow shirt and black pants.

"Then I guess I better get dressed too!" She said getting out of bed, opening her bag with her things.

He let his towel down and he put on his shirt and pants he turned around to see Rosie blushing...My God!, he thought. He just changed in front of a girl! "I'm sorry if you're eyes got an eyeful of my butt," he told her, his cheeks reddening.

She laughed and covered her eyes, "And your front is an open book now!" She grabbed her clothes and found her way to the bathroom, "Ill be out when I'm done!" She smiled and shut the door and began to change

He laughed to himself and he waited for her on the bed. He did not need any fishing poles because he had his claws to begin with and his teeth. He was watching the door because he can see her silhouette because of the bright light inside it. It was kinda erotic and pervert for him to watch but he could not stop looking.

Once Rosie was dressed she threw her hair into a messy bun and opened the door seeing that Collis was waiting on him, "Did I take to long?" She asked with a smile.

"No," he said in a soft voice. He saw her cute little outfit and smiled, "Let's go," he said before he does anything stupid like seduce her. He stood up and took her hand and exited the bedroom, went down the stairs and out of his cabin. He breathe in the fresh air.

Rosie smiled as he took her hand. When they stepped outside she said, "I will never get tired of this view... It's so beautiful!" She smiled and looked at him as they approached the river.

"I know," he said as he took in the green scenery. "Let's go to the back where the river is," he told as he led them to the back of his cabin. "Let's fish," he said with a smile as he let both of his hands turn into claws.

She looked at his claws, Rosie knew she couldn't shift halfway so she smiled and shifted to a little brown bear. She clapped her paws together and jumped in the river, gripping the ground with her claws and immediately caught a fish in her mouth.

He clapped his hands and immediately regretted because his claws were brushing up his palms. He went to the water and with his wolf vision he saw a school of fish, he speared them with one hand and he got 1 medium sized fish.

Rosie let the fish go without a scratch and grabbed a mouthful of 4 and layed them on the shore, "Beat that!" She said after she shifted into her human form. She walked out of the water and let them go one by one standing next to Collis

He looked at the fishes she caught with pride, "I won't that will be our lunch today," he took her in his arms and kissed her on the lips, hard and fast, then he let her go.

She smiled against his lips, when he pulled away she asked, "What was that for?" She smiled and blushed a little

"For being cute, I guess," he whispered as he took all of the fishes and he turned around to go back to the cabin.

She blushed and smiled, "So I'm cute?" Her smile shifted to a smirk as she carried a fish walking by his side

"You're more than cute," he admitted as they reached the cabin. He opened the sliding door with one hand and he let her enter first.

Before she walked through the door she gave him a short but sweet kiss, "That was for being an adorable little puppy!" She teased walking inside

He stood frozen there for a second then he shook his head and entered. He close the door behind him as he asked her in an indignant tone, "Adorable little puppy?" He went to the kitchen and laid the fishes on the sink.

Rosie smiled a little, "An adorable little puppy" she turned to look at him, "You know, I'm fascinated by your kind.... Werewolves.... Is it true that vampires are you enemy, like they say in those stupid Twilight movies?" She said starting to wash the fish

"For most of the part, we co-exist with one another," he said as he opened the faucet to clean the fishes. "We do not antagonize them and in return they leave us alone."

"Interesting!" She smiled and set the cleaned fish aside, "So your not enemies, but your not friends?" Rosie asked interested.

He nodded as he turn the faucet off and turned to face her. "Are you the only one who can do what you can do? Shift into any animal?" he asked.

"I like to think I am... But in reality I know I'm not. One time a random tiger showed up and tried to kill me! Tigers don't live anywhere near here! But I am a very good friend to almost any animal." she smiled and looked at him, leaning on the counter looking into his eyes.

"If you see that tiger, don't hesitate to call me," he whispered because he was getting distracted of her watching him. "What is it?" he asked as he too leaned closer.
