This worked out great :) And for the record, non-whole number books (4.5, 0.2, etc.) don't count for weapon leveling, so this was perfect.

My banked book worked for acceptability too (Thanks, Ray :D), but now that's over :)

It's not over! Give me the reason and I'll put Margaret's book in for #4 in a series in the next weapon level :)

Also, could you put me down for T (Card 1) and remove me from #5, I'm not really feeling that series right now :/

Well im done with

The Playboy's Fugitive Bride. by Ana E. Ross

411pgs
Book 3in series
I was going to do the third book in a trilogy but aftr reading the reviews i realised it was going to end in a way i never like my books to end. So ive put that on hold for someday (maybe20yrs from now) lol. I did this one instead.

I have about 2 hr or so more of reading on the other book. Should be finished late this afternoon...central time.

I have a new series...it's 8 books...each are about 100-120 pgs...so I could read seven books...if they are good in about 2-3 days.
I could read something else too.
Thanks

Got it, thank you! Also taking you off of #5 and down for T :)

I'm so glad the reviews saved you from a bad experience! Twenty years sounds like a reasonable wait, hehe.

We can always use more series books for the weapon! Right now we need #5 for level seven, and every book for level eight. Whatever strikes your fancy!

Lory, series books will always be needed so there's no worries there! Check in when you can but don't worry, it's a long challenge and we'll be able to use your books no matter when they're turned in :)

Series books are great - leveling our weapon will help us not only now but throughout the tourney. Any open tasks would also be great, especially the non-spell-it-out ones. :)

Pragya already claimed the T but the author is Ana so we can use this one for A instead!
Re: dropped articles: they can be dropped, but that doesn't mean they have to be dropped. So any book that begins with The can be used for T along with whatever letter the second word starts with.

Right now we have you done for #3 in series, and Pride Prejudice and Zombies. Have your reading plans changed?

Nah. Too many photos of hot guys to count :-P

Oh i didnt know we could take the author's name n title too.in that case it could also go with E or R depending on whether it is taken as E.Ross or just Ross.
Can we also use series name?

So I downloaded a new ebook reading program, figured out how to install and configure a plugin for it, then adjusted about 6 settings in order to make it count words in a file and/or pull the word count from GoodReads.
This book has over 25,000 words. I think it should count.

If they say no I will be absolutely astonished. :/

Also for Card 1 -- and since True Blood Eats is on my laptop -- I got Doctor Who: Heart of Stone to read on my iPod.

Re the main wobble rules:
How a "spell it out" works
Spell out the word(s) using the first letter in the book's title, the first letter in the author's, translator's or audiobook narrators first or last name, the first letter in the series name, or the first letter of a character's first, last, or nick-name.
As always, if the first letter of a title starts with an indefinite or definite article ('A', 'An', 'The', etc.), you may use the first letter of the second word in the title to spell out your chosen word.
If your book starts with a number (e.g. 24 Bones) use the number to determine the first letter (in this example, it would be T).
If reading a non-English version, then that edition should be shelved and it is that edition that would be used for the spell-it-out. (e.g. Il nome della rosa could count for a I or a N for the title (as the article is optional to be used).
I'll put you down for #4 and if the series holds up you're more than welcome to do #5 when you're done! :)
