ANALYZING COVID CONTROLS
>
Are the lockdowns, mandates and quarantines about something more than just the virus?

Beau, a MMO is a massively multiplayer online game. Thousands of people all over the world playing together.
Sometimes even if I'm not actually playing the story I'll just go on to "hang out"...take on events with other people or just watch the chat.
Reminds me that other people are out there.

Thanks for the info. I don't know a lot about online/ computer games but once played something called Civilisation, which was fantastic. I also played Pac-Man back in the days of Atari, which was even better ;)

How about this philosophy: give a person FREEDOM.

What is freedom? I've been trying to figure that out for most of my life. And don't give me: Freedom to go outside, freedom to breathe air, freedom to piss. That's nonsense. What is FREEDOM? To me, the only true Freedom is to think and explore ideas. As long as one has his mind, he is free.
FREEDOM is tied to MONEY! The more you have the more you get. And that's it--the American way! Can you go into space like Richard Branson? Explore ideas to your mind's content like Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk on energy. Tell me what you can do without money, besides nonsense?

Get interested in a hobby, get involved with your inner mind, explore the possibilities of ideas, write, draw, play an instrument, create!
But of course that takes thinking. Most people like to bitch and not do anything.

Read "The YOU beyond you" ;)

Well Debby most of the deaths across the world are reported as COVID deaths. What's funny is that if you compare the number of deaths of last year due to all reasons when COVID was non-existent and this year's, you would find that the number of deaths is in the same range. Weird!!

Oh, I keep busy alright...My hobby is being pro-freedom and exposing anyone who justify anti-freedom measures...
Wake up...our lives are getting more and more restricted here and you're rabbiting on about finding joys in the little things...People did that in the camps during the Holocaust too, they found some small things to keep themselves sane, that doesn't mean they just accepted their lives as normal however.

Big incentives.

Some people on here are still happy to be sheeples, sad to say. They will never take the red pill - so be it, they were warned and refused to listen.

After the big bust and DT's Q-anon fraud, I'm hoping that things will return to normalcy. But you know how that is. I don't think Americans like normalcy. As long as I can remember, people were at odds. Opposites never got together unless each profited from the compromise. As Nixon once told my father (yes, they were golfing chums), "I'll never accept Medicare unless you can make it profitable to special interests." And you know what that did--insurance rates and medical costs skyrocketed. I live in Germany and medical cost is 1/10th that of the US. I really don't need health insurance here, because its manageable without it, but I can't stay here unless I have it. If I live in Panama, insurance is next to nothing. But I don't like mosquitoes and hot steamy weather. My Panamanian friends I had when I worked for the US government said it's next to nothing living there. An income of $3000 a month is like $30,000 a month.
And the parties never get together probably because of too many special interest pulling in opposite direction. For instance the infra structure. It was promised back with Bush, then Obama, and Trump, and nothing was ever done, and probably before then too. And I don't think it will happen. Too many special interests wanting a piece of the pie. In the end nobody gets anything but the receiver (special interests). It hasn't and will never change unless society gets tired of promises. We'll see about Biden.
When I was in advertising, we used do promo work for political parties (both Republican and Democrats). I ask the Democratic candidate why he went into politics. He said to help my neighborhood to better opportunities. This was back in the 1960s. His area in LA was Watts-Willowbrook. If you don't know the area, its predominately Black, South-West LA.
On the other hand, the answer the Republican gave me: I'm going into to politics to protect MY interests! I have no interests outside my business and wealth.
That's the difference between the two parties. One gives and one takes. And as long as each party is fighting for their interests, the republican will promise less to the masses and more to special interests.
You can see where I stand on the parties. God help America!

God help the world if senile Jo Biden gets his finger on the nuclear button!
Hi Gr, great to hear back from you. It's almost as heartwarming as seeing the good people of Germany out on the streets, protesting to keep their freedoms.
I enjoyed reading your anecdotes. If you have any more then please share them. I find that sort of thing genuinely interesting.
Now, keep in mind your crass dismissal of people suffering with mental health issues, your huge generalisation about Republicans, the title of this thread and consider this for a generalisation:
Lockdown supporters - affluent, elderly people with large private pensions and comprehensive private medical care. No need to worry about dying from the economic fallout caused by lockdowns and no need to worry about non-corona illnesses being left untreated. I'm alright, Jack. Selfish people. Bad people.
Lockdown opponents - people of all ages, who care about their wider communities and have one eye on the welfare of young people starting out in life, who, if lockdowns continue, will be left to pick up the pieces of this folly. Compassionate people. Unselfish people. Good people.
What do you think of that, eh?

What are you saying? They went from corrupt to more corrupted. I'll say this: if anyone goes into politics, they're sleeping with the Devil and that means Trump too. He has his own corrupted means. He with his bed-buddy, the most corrupt man on earth: Putin, the Turkey--gobble-gobble. Has control of him since day one. Gobble-gobble--gobble-gobble-up! I'm glad he's out of office. But may not be the end!

Having a quick look back at the thread, I think you might be right.
Or are we being gaslighted and they're genuinely 2 different people? GR's posts sound American but EN's European. It's a sophisticated attack on Underground Knowledge by Gates's lockdown boys. Stay safe, James.

So Beau, we called out a spy network here or what?

Anni, whatever happened to the Sheeples we had posting often in this thread earlier in the year? The ones who were 100% in support of the lockdown? Maybe they've now seen the dark side of all this? Or are they just bunkered down for the long-term and believe we are still idiots for criticizing these extreme measures?
I actually think most people are good for the most part. Evildoers, especially truly evil people like outright sociopaths, are quite rare and maybe only 5% of the population. So what I'm getting at is many could not even conceive of the level of evil we are dealing with here...
I think with assessing the global elite, it's quite similar to crime where detectives say "to catch a criminal, you have to be able to think like one"...

Maybe EN and GR were code for something?
England Normalized and Germany Reigns?

I believe that EN and GR are good people, who were forced into infiltrating Underground Knowledge, with the aim of undermining it.
It's clear they are both brave people too because, in the end, they rejected their masters' schemes and wished the group well.
Stay safe, EN and GR.

No, the sheeples are not evil, but to quote Edmund Burke: "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men do nothing".

The main thing that 2020 has taught me is the importance of liberty.
I used to take it for granted and even privately scoffed at some liberals. Not anymore. Lesson learnt. The most important things to me are quality of life, freedom of speech and choice. Without these things, longevity of life has little value.
Ironically, those who tend to oppose these things usually describe themselves as 'liberals'. Once again, they're gas lighting on an extraordinary scale.

I think the spy was therefore telling us, job now done...So that's why he was granted leave from the Underground.
Being serious for a minute tho, it does now look like the version of tyranny tested in Melbourne a few months ago (more aggressive version of Lockdown 1) is now being rolled out in England and across some of Europe.

One other thing 2020 has taught me is never to say never and not to make too many predictions. But...
Many people claim that GB is simmering and on the verge of revolt. I don't buy into this. We're generally quite a placid people, with very long fuses, who will knuckle down and accept the rules. We don't have the passion of the Italians or the organisation of the Germans.
Our leaders have always had a very clever knack of knowing how far they can push us. IMO, Boris won't attempt a Dan Andrews because he knows we'd make it too uncomfortable for him.
My concern is that control will be exerted through a gentler war of attrition, with stop/ start milder lockdowns and by allowing masks to become that dreaded phrase 'the new normal'. They'll be happy to throw a few professions and people under the bus but will look to keep the bulk of the population onside.
Of course, if a vaccine is genuinely on its way then that changes everything. It will also bring a whole new set of very challenging questions.

The phrases 'new normal' and 'new world order' keep popping up. I've even heard elected politicians and other influential people use them.
I do sometimes wonder if the real decision makers have tasked the elected governments with seeing how far they can push the various peoples of the world when deciding on what a potential new world order might look like.
I'm wary of commenting too much on Victoria because of lack of first hand knowledge and reliance on the media (after all, I'm on the other side of the world), but I've been genuinely gobsmacked by what I've heard. It's incredible what Victorians appear to have endured.

If there is a vaccine on its way, I want no part of it - and it won't solve anything if it comes -as you say, it will just cause more problems for people who do not consent. James is correct - the tyranny is being rolled out in the U.K. now. We are bombing a police state.

Spot on with your last post, James. I'm looking forward to getting a copy of your lockdown-related book over the weekend.
